Monochromatic for Fruit of the Loom

First job of 2021!

Fruit of the Loom called! They needed a photo shoot that followed the style of a shoot they had previously done for their products.

Liz Nemeth was the photographer and we worked at her studio in Winston Salem.

I jumped in on this one covering Wardrobe, Props, and Set Design.

Lucky for me the previous shoots gave me a great guide to follow. We created 2 sets and everything in each set was the same color, monochromatic. Literally every pieces of the set was the same color. I sourced all the furniture and props and painted for days! I even made blue popcorn so the snacks and drinks matched the set!.

Fruit of the Loom sent me all the wardrobe and products a head of the shoot. Once it arrived I organized and started making outfit pairings. We had a real family of 4 for our talent, (Mom, Dad, Daughter and Son). On the day of the photo shoot Mackenzy Nicholson came into assist me and I really couldn’t have pulled it all off with out her.

We had a great shoot, and I can’t wait to see the final product out in the world!

New Everything!

New Year, New Website, New Blog!

I figured it was a great time to scrap everything and start over! I still have the same job, same clients (plus some great ones), same skill set, same me! Just thought everything could use a little refresh.

With all the changes 2020 brought, I am not lost on the fact that I am incredibly lucky to be able to continue creating and working. Of corse we had to adapt and roll with all the punches. I spent most of 2020 working on ecommerce, laydown and mannequin styling, and a lot more props and soft goods. I was able to do more set design, art directions, and even did some virtual styling guides.

As the industry evolves, I certainly will too!
